Tips for the Perfect Dhokla
- Use Fresh Eno: Always use fresh fruit salt for the best spongy texture.
- Don’t Overmix: Mix Eno gently into the batter to retain air bubbles.
- Adjust Steaming Time: Check doneness by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it's ready.
- Enhance Flavor: Add grated coconut or pomegranate seeds as a topping for extra taste.
